About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Lucky Hub and any subscription purchased through the website. By using Lucky Hub, you agree to these terms.

The service

Lucky Hub provides entertainment-based digital content including horoscopes, lucky numbers, football predictions, tarot-style guidance and similar themed content. The service is intended for inspiration and entertainment only.

No professional advice

Lucky Hub does not provide financial, legal, medical, mental health or gambling advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content from the site.

Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
• The current subscription price is shown on the website at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account or Stripe customer portal where available.

Refunds

Because Lucky Hub is a digital subscription service with immediate access to content, refunds are generally not offered once access has been granted, except where required by law.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service, contact samantha@jwebl.com and we will work with you to resolve it. Where a refund is appropriate, we will process it within 14 days.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription. However, if you access the digital content during this period, you consent to losing this right. In practice, this means once you use the dashboard, the 14-day cooling-off right is waived. If you cancel before accessing the service, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being abused, shared improperly, or used fraudulently.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass payment or account restrictions
• Copy, scrape or republish site content at scale
• Use the service for unlawful activity
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website

Intellectual property

All branding, text, design, generated content, layout and site materials on Lucky Hub are owned by Lucky Hub or licensed for use. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and the website may be updated, suspended or removed at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
